Mr. Rudra Prasad Pokhrel , Sr Partner, was granted license as "Advocate" by Nepal bar council in1995. He holds LL.M degree from Purbanchal Univercity, Kathmandu School of law, and Specializing in Business and International Trade laws especially in the area of Foreign Investment and other investment law, Intellectual Property Law, Banking Law, Corporate Management, Taxation law, Arbitration law and International Trade Laws. He specifically looks after the foreign Investment matters for the foreign and domestic clients. For the purpose, a separate wing has been set up under him in order to provide a complete service with respect to the Share investment, loan investment, Technology Transfer, Trademark registration, renewals, assignments, litigations as well as all other requirements of foreign as well as domestic clients. He has also an extensive teaching experience of more than 5 years he is working as an Associate Professor at Purbanchal University, CIT College and teaching the subjects like Business law, Arbitration, insurance law and Banking law to the BBA/ BBS student. Mr. Radha Krishna Bhattarai, Head of Corporate Section, was granted license as "Advocate" by Nepal bar council in 2000. He holds LL.B degree from Tribhuwan Univercity , Nepal Law College, and Specializing in Corporate law especially in the area of company law, Contract Law, Banking law and Insurance Law . He leads the corporate section of the firm. He has a good team to follow the concern department.

Mr. Shiva Raj Pokhrel, Co-Ordinator of Litigation Section, was granted license as "Advocate" by Nepal bar council in 2001. He holds LL.B degree from Tribhuwan Univercity , Nepal Law College, and specializing in practice in general litigation and drafting especially in the area of civil law, criminal law, corporate law and constitution matter. He leads the general litigation section of the firm. He has a good team to follow the case. He is Executive Member of Kathmandu District Court Bar Association and also a Committee Member of Company and Corporation Law of Nepal Bar Association.

Mr. Ashok Baral, Head of General Litigation Section, Head of General litigation section was granted license from Nepal Bar Council in 2003. He was Treasurer from Appellate Court Bar Association, Patan (2003/2010). He holds B.L degree from T.U, Nepal Law College., Master degree from T.U, Trichandra College. Specializing in practice of General Litigation case drafting. Leading specially in the area of Civil Law, Criminal Law and Corporate matter. He was a member of Appellate Court - Bar Association, Patan (2003/2005). He is Committee Member of Nepal Bar Association - Publication Law. He was International Law Committee Member.

Mr. Jayaram Parajuli , Co-ordinator of Corporate Section,was granted license as “Advocate” by Nepal Bar Council in 2009. He holds MA/LLB degree from T.U. He is a Assistant Lecturer in Chaitanya Multiple College and specializing in corporate law specially in the area of Company law, Contract law, Banking law and law of Insurance.

Mr. Ram Kumar Mahat, Co-ordinator, was granted license as "Advocate" by Nepal bar council in 1999.
